Overview

As a Social Media Content Strategist & Producer, you’ll be responsible for planning, creating, and executing engaging content strategies that align with our brand voice and business goals. You’ll oversee the full cycle of content production – from ideation to publishing – while ensuring consistency, creativity, and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement social media content strategies across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
Collaborate with the design, marketing, and creative teams to produce campaign-driven content.
Analyze performance metrics, track engagement, and optimize strategies based on insights.
Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.




Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and fostering brand conversations.
Ensure all content reflects brand guidelines, tone, and values.

Requirements
Proven experience (2–4 years) in social media strategy, content creation, or digital marketing.
Solid storytelling skills with the ability to turn ideas into engaging content.
Experience with video production, short-form content, and trend-driven creative formats.
Analytical mindset with knowledge of social media KPIs, reporting, and growth strategies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
