Irish Bath Gallery is scaling its retail presence and seeking experienced Showroom Managers to lead branch operations and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily showroom operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising of tiles and bath fixtures.
Lead, train, and motivate sales teams to achieve monthly revenue targets.
Handle high-value customer walk-ins, interior designers, and institutional clients.
Generate performance reports and maintain high standards of customer service.
Requirements:
Experience: 3+ years managing a retail showroom, preferably in tiles, sanitaryware, hardware, or interior products.
Skills: Excellent leadership, administrative, and interpersonal abilities.
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
