Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver end-to-end enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
Lead solution architecture, technical discussions, and implementation best practices.
Translate business requirements into scalable and secure ServiceNow solutions.
Define integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
Ensure platform performance, security, scalability, and governance.
Review technical designs and mentor ServiceNow development teams.
Drive platform upgrades, enhancements, and architecture governance.

Mandatory Skills
8+ years of ServiceNow experience, with hands-on Architect/Solution Architect experience.
Robust ITSM architecture and implementation experience.
Hands-on experience in 3+ modules: ITOM, HRSD, FSO, IRM/GRC, ITAM, SecOps.
Robust knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and Service Catalog.
Experience with enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
Robust stakeholder management, solution design, and technical leadership skills.
