Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT requirements in an RPO workplace.
Source, screen, and coordinate candidates across multiple hiring mandates.
Manage stakeholder communication and ensure timely delivery against hiring targets.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for recurring requirements.
Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and adherence to SLAs.

Required Experience
4–8 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment, with significant experience in an RPO setup.
Solid expertise in hiring for Manufacturing roles.




Experience in managing multiple clients and high-volume hiring.
Proficiency in sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills
Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and SLA-driven delivery.
Excellent negotiation and candidate engagement skills.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
