Key Responsibilities
Design, analyze, and evaluate assigned projects using sound engineering principles while adhering to business standards, processes, and product requirements.
Design and develop complex software features with appropriate documentation.
Develop and maintain automation for recent and existing features.
Provide customer support by troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues.
Communicate development progress, risks, and delays proactively within agreed timelines.
Collaborate with global teams for requirement analysis, planning, and scheduling.
Interact with external customers to understand and resolve software-related issues.
Be willing to travel to customer locations for short-term assignments, feature integrations, and version installations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
7 to 10 years of software development experience.
Minimum 6 years of experience in software development, including maintenance, continuous integration, and product releases.
Minimum 3 years of experience in core product software development.
Strong expertise in Object-Oriented Design and Programming.
Hands-on experience with Core Java technologies, including Design Patterns, Multithreading, Data Structures, and Algorithms.
Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
Valuable understanding of software development best practices and cross-functional collaboration.
