Role & responsibilities
Product demos and feature explanation
Understand the business requirements and map it with features available in product
Product configuration according to customer requirement
Make Requirement Specification documents, project plans and other project related documents
Interacting with client teams for system integration
Participate in all phases of project implementation - planning, requirements understanding, solutioning and implementation process.
Collaborate with development team, implementation team and client and maintain proper communication between teams
Progress reporting and timely risk identification
Gather client feedback and ensure performance goals are met.
Project execution within timelines with proper documentation
Data Migration.
Preferred candidate profile
Proven ability to lead complex, enterprise-level software implementations across multiple products and ERP/ecommerce settings.
Robust ability to articulate process logic and technical architecture including design and delivery of functional and technical presentations to customers and internal stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional conversations and drive alignment.
Demonstrated ownership mindset — takes initiative at a team level, holds peers accountable with coaching (not criticism), and drives outcomes without requiring direction.
