We are seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Developer to design, configure, customize, and support IT Operations

Management solutions that improve service visibility, operational efficiency, and infrastructure reliability.

Key Responsibilities
Configure and develop Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB capabilities.
Build and maintain Discovery patterns, probes, sensors, credentials, schedules, and MID Server integrations.
Configure event rules, alert management, event correlation, deduplication, and automated remediation workflows.
Create and maintain service maps and application-service relationships.
Develop scripts, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, flows, and REST/SOAP integrations.
Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, network, and application teams to resolve discovery and event-management

issues.
Perform testing, defect resolution, documentation, upgrades, and production support.





Required Technical Skills
ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management
JavaScript, Glide APIs, REST/SOAP, JSON, and XML
MID Server installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
ITIL processes and incident/problem/change management
Monitoring-tool integrations such as Splunk, Dynatrace, or SolarWinds

Preferred Certifications CSA required; CISDiscovery, CISService Mapping, or CISEvent Management preferred.

Education

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. Equivalent professional experience may be considered.
