Role & responsibilities :
Lead a program for the development of versatile OLEDs and OLEDs for various commercial applications
Initiate and manage a program on organic photodetectors and touch-sensitive OLEDs
Manage product development and OLED technology transfer to industry
Actively interact with industrial partners from ideation stage through project definition
Track technology trends and propose creative applications based on market demand
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams (electronics, printing, inks) in developing materials, processes and prototypes
Define the OLED technology roadmap and long-term strategy toward OLED commercialisation and production
Drive related technology development needed to realize a complete,



cost-effective product for defined applications

Preferred candidate profile
M.Tech/M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering/Materials Science & Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Physics + 10 years relevant experience
OLED work experience, specifically designing and processing OLEDs on rigid and adaptable platforms, technology development for commercial applications, and industry interaction
Experience leading industry projects, collaborations and product development
Experience in thin film deposition and automated PVD cluster tools for OLED device fabrication
