Role & responsibilities
Manage a team of AR assistants to ensure productive medical billing processes.
Lead and manage a team of AR Executives/AR Callers to ensure efficient and timely resolution of outstanding accounts receivable.
Must be well-versed in the details of alevels and functions within the full scope of the Revenue Cycle of US Healthcare.
Review aging reports and prioritize high-value, critical, and aging accounts for timely follow-up.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all aspects of medical billing.
Strong leadership and ability to delegate and provide direction.
Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
Handle escalations and coordinate with internal teams.




Ensure compliance with US healthcare RCM standards and client requirements.

Preferred candidate profile
Graduate/Post-Graduate
1+ years of Team Lead/Supervisory experience in US Healthcare RCM.
Solid experience in AR Follow-up and Denial Management.
Good knowledge of the end-to-end US Healthcare RCM cycle.
Solid leadership, communication, delegation, and problem-solving skills.
Positive knowledge of medical billing, claims, denials, appeals, and AR aging.
Proficiency in MS Excel and performance reporting.
Willingness to work in US/night shifts, if applicable.
