ServiceNow Developer (TSM / TSOM / OMT / ITOM / CSM / CMDB) - Need 45 profiles
Experience: 4+ years in ServiceNow Development.
Robust hands-on experience in TSM, TSOM, OMT, ITOM, CSM, and CMDB modules.
Experience in ServiceNow customization, configuration, and workflow development.
Positive knowledge of JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
Experience in REST/SOAP API integrations.
Solid understanding of Telecom Order Management and Fulfillment processes.
Experience working with TM Forum APIs and telecom ecosystem.
Hands-on experience in CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
Exposure to Logik.ai, CLMPro, and CPQ platforms is mandatory/preferred.




Experience in Service Catalog and workflow automation.
Ability to design and develop scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Solid troubleshooting and debugging skills.
Good understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery model.
Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.
ServiceNow certifications (CSA/CAD) will be an added advantage.
