The successful candidate will combine hands-on software engineering and system architecture expertise with robust customer advisory skills. The architect will own solution design, technical decisions, application and workflow integration, feature development oversight, implementation quality, technical issue resolution, and transition to support while working closely with the Senior Project Manager, engineering teams, product teams, and client stakeholders.
Primary mandate: Own the technical success of the client implementation from architecture and detailed design through development, integration, deployment, stabilization, and operational handover.
