Responsibilities
Experience: 3–5 years (B2B marketing experience preferred)
Department: Marketing
Reporting To: Head of Marketing

Role Overview:
We are looking for a social media qualified to own Novac’s social media strategy and execution across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
The role involves creating B2B-focused content strategies, managing content calendars, coordinating with content/design teams, publishing, community management, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage monthly social media content calendars.




Create platform-specific strategies and engaging B2B content.
Coordinate with content/design teams for posts, carousels, videos, and campaigns.
Handle publishing, engagement, and social media optimization.
Track performance metrics and provide insights.
Support product launches, webinars, events, and employer branding initiatives.

Required Skills
B2B marketing experience (preferred).
Experience in managing social media strategy and execution across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
Ability to create B2B-focused content strategies.
Experience in managing content calendars and coordinating with content/design teams.
Skills in publishing, community management, and performance reporting.

Preferred Skills
B2B FinTech/InsurTech social media strategy experience.
