:
Prepare detailed plot layouts, site plans, and subdivision plans for residential and commercial projects.
Prepare drawings using AutoCAD / Civil 3D based on survey and engineering data.
Develop plot dimensions, road layouts, setbacks, parking areas, and common areas.
Coordinate with surveyors, civil engineers, architects, and project teams.
Modify drawings according to project requirements and approvals.
Ensure drawings comply with applicable local planning and development regulations.
Maintain and update drawings, revisions, and project documentation.
Assist in preparing drawings required for DTCP/CMDA/RERA or other statutory approvals, where applicable.

Qualification
Diploma / ITI / Certificate in Civil Drafting, Architectural Drafting, or Civil Engineering.
Valuable knowledge of AutoCAD is required.
Knowledge of Civil 3D, SketchUp or other drafting software is an advantage.
Understanding of plot dimensions, land layouts, road alignment, setbacks and site plans.
1–5 years of relevant experience preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
