Job Summary

Drona Cyber Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to support our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a passion for content creation, social media management, and digital marketing. Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as per business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Create and publish engaging content for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
Design creatives, reels, stories, and short videos for marketing campaigns.
Schedule and manage social media posts using relevant tools.
Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and campaign performance.
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns to improve brand visibility.
Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to develop creative content.
Track campaign performance and prepare basic social media reports.




Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform updates.

Required Skills
Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking with an eye for design and content.
Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
Basic knowledge of video editing tools is an added advantage.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Qualifications
Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field.
Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Skills
Experience in creating social media content.
Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
Familiarity with AI content creation tools is an added advantage.
Robust learning attitude and willingness to explore recent marketing trends.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
