What youll do
Install, configure, and maintain Dell PowerEdge, HPE ProLiant, and Lenovo ThinkSystem servers for clients in IT services, BFSI, and manufacturing
Run the full server lifecycle OS provisioning (Windows Server / Linux), RAID setup, BIOS firmware updates, iDRAC / iLO configuration
Diagnose hardware failures (PSU, RAM, HDD, RAID controller, mainboard) and coordinate parts to minimize client downtime
Travel to client datacenters across India for racking, cabling, OS reinstalls, virtualization setup, and disaster recovery
Build SOPs and mentor junior engineers
