Job Summary We are seeking an urgent, highly qualified ServiceNow Lead Developer specializing in Hardware Asset Management (HAM/HAM Pro) to drive end-to-end asset lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will handle complex enterprise hardware workflows, inventory tracking, and reconciliation configurations.

Key Responsibilities
Architect, design, and configure ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM / HAM Pro) modules, covering the complete hardware lifecycle from procurement to disposal.
Establish automated asset tracking, stockroom management, hardware normalization rules, and compliance dashboards.
Configure and tune the Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) to ensure data accuracy and seamless CI-to-asset mapping within the CMDB.
Develop custom Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes,



Flow Designer workflows, and IntegrationHub configurations.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional support teams, administrators, and client stakeholders to resolve technical bottlenecks and maintain system alignment during the 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST daily shift schedule.

Requirements

Requirements
5 to 7 years of dedicated hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and platform administration.
Deep functional and technical proficiency in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro).
Robust technical scripting background utilizing JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow web service integration frameworks.
Proven capability to operate in a hybrid in office workplace across Bangalore or Hyderabad.
