Job Responsibilities:
Receive customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
Prepare job cards and explain the required service/repair work to customers.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of jobs.
Provide customers with regular updates regarding vehicle status and repair work.
Prepare service estimates and obtain customer approval before additional work.
Conduct vehicle inspections and explain the work carried out to customers.
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle service-related complaints professionally.
Coordinate vehicle delivery and explain completed work and billing to customers.
Follow Hyundai service standards and company procedures.
Maintain proper records and achieve assigned service targets.
Requirements:
Diploma / ITI / Degree in Automobile or Mechanical field preferred.
1–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automobile dealership preferred.
Valuable knowledge of automobile service and repair processes.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to coordinate with customers and workshop technicians.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Wayanad, Kerala
