Infrastructural Development Consortium (IDC) is looking for a dedicated and motivated Site Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge in civil construction, site execution, quality control, and project coordination.

Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site execution activities.
Ensure quality standards and safety regulations are maintained.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and BOQs.
Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and project teams.
Monitor project progress and prepare site reports.
Ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Maintain proper documentation and reporting.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
1–5 years of experience in civil construction.
Positive understanding of site execution, materials, quality, and safety standards.
Ability to read drawings and BOQs.
Valuable leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
AutoCAD knowledge will be an added advantage.
Willingness to work across project sites in Meghalaya.
