Site Supervision & Execution
Oversee daily construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Monitor and ensure quality control of materials and workmanship.
Ensure tasks are completed within project timelines.
Technical Duties
Interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
Prepare bar bending schedules (BBS), quantity take-offs, and material requirements.
Resolve on-site technical issues and propose practical solutions.
Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth workflow.
Attend site meetings and report progress to the Project Manager.
Liaise with consultants for inspections and approvals.
Site Documentation
Maintain daily site records,



including work progress, manpower, equipment, and materials.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
Ensure proper documentation of inspections, test results, and work approvals.
Safety & Compliance
Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
Identify hazards and report unsafe conditions immediately.
Work in compliance with local building codes and regulations.
