Key Roles and Responsibilities
Site Execution: Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring work matches technical blueprints, structural drawings, and Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) specifications.
Quality Control: Check materials (concrete, steel, reinforcement) and workmanship to meet industrial standards, National Building Code (NBC) guidelines, and load-bearing requirements.
Progress Monitoring: Track daily and weekly output against the master project schedule, reporting delays to the project manager.
Safety Management: Enforce strict in office safety rules, proper PPE usage, and hazard identification to prevent accidents around heavy machinery.
Coordination: Act as the link between contractors, laborers, project managers, and quality consultants.
Billing & Measurement: Take joint measurements, record Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and assist with contractor billing

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
