ServiceNow SecOps Expertise: 3+ years implementing and administering ServiceNow Security Operations modules, with a focus on Vulnerability Response.
Custom Integrations: 2+ years designing/customizing integrations (with tools such as Qualys, Rapid7, Tenable, CrowdStrike, Splunk, BigFix, or SCCM), using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.
Technical Proficiency: Robust knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide), flow designer, orchestration, and data import/export processes.
Security Knowledge: Familiarity with vulnerability lifecycle management, CVE/CWE standards, risk scoring methodologies, and common enterprise security tools.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.
