Key Responsibility
Review and analyze software unit design, software architecture and software requirements
Creation of test specifications for unit and integration tests according to Automotive SPICE and ISO26262
Implementation, execution and documentation of static and dynamic software unit and software integration tests
Carrying out error analyses
Evaluation and assessment of test results
Development of forward-looking solutions, test strategies and automation solutions for unit and integration tests
Supporting test management
Effort estimation of the activities
Intensive exchange with the entire development team

Essential Requirements / Skills
Experience in testing embedded software
Experience with Microcontrollers - Aurix Platform preferred
Experience with Debuggers - UDE Debuggers preferred
Experience with Tessy
Experience with ISO26262
Positive knowledge of the programming language C or C++
Knowledge of test and development tools (Tessy, Enterprise Architect, Polarion, Jira, SVN, Git)
Valuable knowledge of English




Good verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with teams spread geographically and Agile in approach
High quality awareness as well as solid analytical and conceptual skills
Ability to work in a team
Flexibility as well as an independent, proactive way of working

Desirable Requirements / Skills
Expertise in test automation toolchain (Jenkins, continuous integration, unit, module) desirable
Knowledge of German

You will be in close contact with our Software Testing Team located in Darmstadt, Germany.
