Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement &
Sales:
Welcome and greet customers warmly as they enter the showroom.
Understand customer needs and offer expert advice or product recommendations.
Demonstrate products, highlight features, and answer queries regarding pricing, availability, and warranty/care.
Work actively towards achieving monthly and annual individual and team sales targets.
Showroom Maintenance &
Visual Merchandising:
Maintain clean, organized, and aesthetically appealing product displays.
Restock inventory on display units and ensure all items are properly tagged with pricing.
Assist in managing visual merchandising and promotional campaign setups.
Operations &
Reporting:
Handle customer checkouts, invoicing, and payment processing (cash/card/digital payments) if required.
Keep track of walk-ins, customer inquiries, and sales records.
Manage customer feedback and resolve minor complaints or escalate them to the manager promptly.
Conduct periodic stock checks and inventory audits.
Requirements &
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma, diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Experience: 1–3 years of sales or customer service experience in a retail, boutique, or showroom setting.
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust negotiation and persuasive sales capabilities.
Positive presentation, grooming, and personal etiquette.
Basic computer and Point of Sale (POS) software literacy.
Key Traits: Active listener, patient, proactive, and target-driven.
