Key Responsibilities:-
Manage multiple civil and interior fit-out projects.
Supervise and coordinate site supervisors and site activities.
Read, interpret, and develop engineering drawings.
Prepare detailed estimates and BOQs.
Ensure quality standards are maintained at the site.
Plan and schedule project activities effectively.
Research materials, suppliers, and current market rates.
Identify site issues and provide effective solutions.
Introduce creative approaches for better project execution.
Provide inputs for continuous process improvement.
Requirements
B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of experience in site management.
Strong experience in interior fit-out works.
Valuable knowledge of AutoCAD.
Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel as required.
Positive knowledge of construction materials, estimation, and BOQ preparation.
