Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals.
Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
Plan, Create and Execute content calendar for Social Media.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and customer preferences to ensure maximum effectiveness of social media strategies.
Engage with online community and respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
Moderate user-generated content and messages appropriately, based on company and community policies.
Advise other employees on social media best practices and promote its use within the company
