SERVICE HEAD

We are looking for an experienced person who can take ownership of the complete service department.

Responsibilities:
Manage the complete service team
Allocate work and monitor daily tasks
Handle important client queries and escalations
Ensure timely delivery of client services
Monitor pending work and deadlines
Create and implement SOPs
Coordinate with Legal, Sales and Management teams
Train and supervise service executives
Maintain service quality and client satisfaction
Prepare daily and monthly service reports
Identify opportunities to improve and automate service processes

SERVICE EXECUTIVE

If you are a fresher or experienced candidate with positive computer skills and communication abilities, you can apply.

Responsibilities:
Handle client communication
Collect and organize documents




Update client information
Perform computer and documentation work
Maintain service records
Coordinate with internal legal teams
Track service status
Provide timely client updates
Follow company SOPs
Maintain accurate data and files
