We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor for our Real Estate Project.
Location: Harjitsons Real Estate, Jalandhar
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Job Type: Full time
Requirements
Experience in residential/commercial construction
Positive knowledge of civil construction work
Ability to supervise labour and contractors
Knowledge of construction materials and site work
Ability to read and understand drawings
Valuable coordination and communication skills
Responsible and punctual
Experience in real estate projects preferred
Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction activities at the site
Manage labour, contractors and vendors
Ensure work is completed according to drawings and specifications
Monitor quality of construction work
Check materials and their usage
Maintain daily site progress reports
Coordinate with Architect, Engineers and Project Manager
Ensure safety and proper discipline at the site
Report daily progress and site issues to management
