Co-Design is a growing interior design studio in Hyderabad, delivering residential and commercial interior projects. We are looking for a hands-on Site Supervisor to ensure smooth execution, quality, and timely project completion.
Role Overview The Site Supervisor will manage day-to-day site execution, coordinate contractors and labour, and ensure all work is completed as per drawings, BOQ, quality standards and timelines.
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site execution for interior projects
Coordinate carpenters, contractors, vendors, and labour
Read and execute work as per GFC/working drawings
Check quality of civil, carpentry, electrical, false ceiling, painting and finishing work
Verify measurements, materials, and finishes against the BOQ
Track project progress and flag delays or issues
Share daily site updates with the design and management teams
Resolve in office execution issues and ensure smooth workflow
Skills & Experience:
2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction supervision
Positive knowledge of materials, finishes, carpentry and civil work
Ability to read working/GFC drawings
Good site coordination and labour management skills
Robust communication and problem-solving skills
Telugu and Hindi speaking; basic English
Based in or near Hyderabad; willing to travel to sites daily
Own two-wheeler preferred
Salary: 20,000 – 30,000 per month (based on experience) Location: Kompally , Hyderabad
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
