Role Overview The Senior Site Engineer will take ownership of day-to-day site operations, lead a team of junior engineers and supervisors, and act as the primary technical point of contact between the site, contractors, and project management.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, supervise, and coordinate all on-site construction activities from foundation through finishing
Ensure work is executed per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Track project progress against schedule and flag delays or risks early
Review and verify contractor bills, material consumption, and site measurements.
Maintain daily progress reports, site records, and documentation

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech)




Minimum 4 years of hands-on site experience in construction/project execution, with at least a year in a senior role
Solid working knowledge of construction methods, materials, IS codes
Proficiency with AutoCAD and MS Project (or similar scheduling tools)
Proven experience managing contractors, labor, and multi-trade coordination
Robust problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under site pressure
Positive communication skills, both for team management and client/consultant coordination

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
