Ensure vehicles are serviced and repaired according to manufacturer standards.
Monitor job allocation, technician productivity, and job completion.
Ensure proper usage of tools, equipment, and workshop facilities.
Supervise service advisors, technicians, washing staff, and other service personnel.
Allocate work and monitor employee performance.
Conduct regular team meetings and provide technical and operational guidance.
Identify training requirements and support employee development.
