Key Responsibilities
Operations Oversight: Manage daily in office activities, monitor work progress, and ensure adherence to industrial blueprints, structural plans, and zoning regulations.
Safety Enforcement: Enforce strict OSHA or local health and safety protocols, conduct routine hazard inspections, and mandate proper personal protective equipment (PPE) use.
Resource & Material Management: Coordinate delivery, storage, and effective use of heavy building materials and equipment to minimize waste.
Team & Subcontractor Coordination: Supervise trade workers and subcontractors, assign daily tasks, and resolve in office labor conflicts or delays.
Reporting: Maintain daily logs, track attendance, and report project milestones or setbacks to the Construction Project Manager
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
