Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at project sites in Sirsi, Uttar Kannada. The candidate must be fluent in Kannada to effectively coordinate with local workers, vendors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site operations and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
Manage and coordinate labor, subcontractors, and materials at the site
Monitor project progress and report status to senior management
Ensure adherence to safety standards and site discipline
Handle on-site problem-solving and decision-making
Maintain records of work progress, attendance, and material usage
Communicate effectively with local teams in Kannada
Ensure quality control and timely completion of work

Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field




1–3 years of experience in construction/site supervision
Fluency in Kannada (spoken and written) is mandatory
Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices
Ability to read and understand construction drawings
Solid leadership and communication skills

Preferred Skills:
Experience in residential/commercial construction projects
Familiarity with MS Excel and reporting tools
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
