Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership &
Team Management:

Lead and mentor the development team, assign technical tasks, conduct code reviews, resolve technical challenges, and ensure timely project delivery.
Architecture, Full-Stack Development &
Deployment:

Design scalable and secure application architecture, select suitable technologies, guide the development of web applications, SaaS products, and AI-powered solutions, and manage application deployment across development, testing, and production environments.
Product &
Project Ownership:

Understand business and product requirements, convert them into effective technical solutions, and take ownership of feature development, implementation, and delivery.
Code Quality, Performance &
Security:

Establish development standards, ensure clean and maintainable code, identify performance issues, and follow best practices for application quality, scalability, and security.
Technical Collaboration &
Innovation:

Work closely with the Founder, product, business, and development teams to troubleshoot issues, evaluate current technologies,



and continuously improve Isaii’s products and technical capabilities.

Requirements and Qualifications:
Candidates with 2+ years of experience in software development, full-stack development, or as a technical lead role are preferred.
Strong knowledge of web application development, APIs, databases, Git, and software development practices.
Experience with technologies such as MERN Stack, React, Node.js, Python, or similar modern frameworks is preferred.
Valuable understanding of system architecture, database design, deployment, debugging, and application security.
Strong problem-solving, communication, leadership, and decision-making skills, with the ability to take ownership of technical tasks and guide developers effectively.
