We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor with a solid civil engineering background to oversee the execution of our landscape projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, ensuring design intent is implemented on ground, coordinating with contractors and vendors.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise site activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with the design team, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure timely and effective execution.
Manage site measurements, BOQ verifications, and material requirements.
Report progress, issues, and delays regularly to the design team.
Maintain accurate site records, photographs, and documentation.
Assist in resolving on-site technical issues and adapting to design modifications if necessary.
Monitor workforce productivity and ensure optimal resource utilization.





Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
3–5 years of experience in construction or landscape execution (experience in landscape projects is a plus)
Ability to read and interpret architectural and civil drawings
Proficiency in basic site-level documentation and Microsoft Office tools
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Willingness to travel and work on diverse project sites across South India.
Knowledge of landscape materials, paving, civil finishes, and water features is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
