Role Overview

This is a hands-on, performance-focused role requiring both strategy and execution.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across SEO, content, landing pages, and conversion optimization, with a solid focus on improving lead quality and funnel performance.

Key Responsibilities
Own and execute SEO strategy aligned with business and growth goals
Drive organic traffic growth with a focus on high-intent, conversion-driven keywords
Optimize website pages and landing experiences for lead generation and conversion
Develop and support SEO-driven content strategies (blogs, landing pages, solution pages)
Improve conversion rates from organic traffic through better user flow, content, and CTAs
Partner with sales and marketing teams to align on MQL and SQL quality
Track and analyze performance across traffic, engagement, conversions, and pipeline contribution
Leverage tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs
Support technical SEO improvements and overall site health




Continuously optimize based on performance insights and business priorities

What We’re Looking For
4–6 years of experience in SEO, growth marketing, or demand generation
Solid understanding of B2B lead generation and conversion funnels
Proven ability to drive organic traffic that converts into leads (MQLs / SQLs)
Experience working with SaaS, technology, or services-based businesses
Hands-on experience with:
SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Search Console)
Analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio)
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable improvements
Comfortable working in a rapid-paced, outcome-driven environment

Preferred Background
Experience in AI, SaaS, or product-led growth environments
Exposure to GEO / AEO / AI search optimization
Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Understanding of organic + paid growth integration
