End to end ServiceNow ACC automation testing experience using ServiceNow ATF and other tools

Responsibilities
Test Design Execution
Create detailed test plans scenarios and test cases based on business requirement documents
Perform functional regression smoke and integration testing
Module Validation
Test core ServiceNow suites like ITSM Incident Problem Change Service Catalog ITAMCMDB CSM or HRSD
Validate form logic UI policies client scripts and complex workflows
Test Automation Build maintain and execute automated test scripts using the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework ATF
Defect Management Identify log and track software bugs and configuration flaws working closely with developers and administrators for resolution
Integration Upgrade Testing Verify outboundinbound RESTSOAP APIs Integration Hub elements and platform upgrades
