Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily interior fit-out works at site.
Coordinate with subcontractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other site teams.
Read and understand IFC drawings, shop drawings, and design drawings.
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Check site measurements and prepare quantity requirements.
Monitor work progress and coordinate with the project manager/client.
Identify site issues and coordinate for necessary solutions.
Check materials delivered to site and ensure proper installation.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and site updates.
Coordinate inspections and rectify site defects/snags.
Ensure work is completed safely and within the planned schedule.
Coordinate with the design team for drawing clarifications and revisions.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of interior fit-out and finishing works.
Positive understanding of drawings and measurements.
Site coordination and subcontractor management.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
