Job Responsibilities
Plan and manage daily manpower requirements as per project work progress and site priorities.
Distribute work efficiently among different worker groups and supervisors.
Study and understand mechanical and structural drawings, layouts, and project specifications.
Coordinate with the client site team, contractors, supervisors, and workers for smooth execution of project activities.
Monitor day-to-day site activities and work progress as per the allotted project area.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality requirements, and project schedules.
Monitor manpower productivity and ensure optimum utilization of available resources.
Coordinate with the project team regarding material, manpower, tools, equipment, and other site requirements.
Prepare and maintain daily progress updates,



manpower reports, and work status reports.
Regularly monitor the progress of assigned areas and identify any delays, site issues, or execution constraints.
Report project development, work progress, and site issues to the Project Manager / Site In-charge.
Coordinate with the client and internal site teams to resolve day-to-day execution-related issues.
Support the Project Manager in achieving project targets and scheduled milestones.
Ensure proper housekeeping, safety practices, and discipline within the assigned work area.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
