Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through cold calling, references, online platforms, and field activities.
Identify and connect with potential buyers/investors.
Handle inquiries and explain project details to prospective clients.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and update CRM records.
Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and further conversion.
Build and maintain a strong database of prospective clients.
Achieve monthly lead generation and sourcing targets.
Conduct market research to identify recent sourcing opportunities.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in real estate sales/sourcing preferred.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Solid follow-up and relationship-management skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Knowledge of Pune real estate market will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
