:
Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and vendors.
Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment at the site.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper quality of work.
Read and interpret civil/architectural drawings and identify site-related issues.
Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed within the scheduled timeline.
Check measurements, quantities, and material usage.
Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports.
Coordinate with the Project Manager and provide regular updates.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and site regulations.
Identify and resolve day-to-day technical and execution issues at the site.
Requirements:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in residential construction projects.
Good knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
Experience in coordinating with contractors and site workers.
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
