Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Solar PV Design Engineer to support the design and engineering of ground-mounted and rooftop solar PV projects. The candidate will be responsible for system design, layouts, energy yield analysis, structural drawings, and BOQ preparation.

Key Responsibilities
Design Ground-Mounted and Rooftop Solar PV Systems.
Prepare Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) and physical layouts.
Prepare and review structure designs and detailed drawings.
Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for solar PV projects.
Perform Energy Yield Analysis using PVSyst.
Optimize PV system design for improved energy generation and performance.
Develop detailed engineering and structural drawings.
Ensure designs comply with applicable technical standards and project requirements.
Coordinate with project and engineering teams for design-related requirements.
Review drawings and make necessary revisions based on project requirements.

Educational Qualification B.E. / B.Tech in:




Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
Electrical Engineering
Mechanical Engineering

Requirements
1–2 years of relevant experience in Solar PV Design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Hands-on experience with PVSyst.
Strong knowledge of DC & AC systems.
Positive understanding of solar PV system components and design principles.
Ability to read and prepare technical drawings and SLDs.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems.
Experience in BOQ preparation and technical documentation.
Knowledge of solar structure design and electrical layouts.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
