Key Responsibilities
Channel Partner Management: Recruit, onboard, and manage brokers and channel partners to generate consistent site visits and leads.
Lead Generation: Source prospective clients, land parcels, or commercial spaces through field visits, networking, and outreach.
Market Mapping: Analyze local micro-market trends, competitor activity, and rental or pricing benchmarks.
Pipeline Tracking: Maintain accurate databases of partner visits, lead conversions, and daily sourcing metrics.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with sales, CRM, and legal teams to transition sourced leads into closed deals.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
