Social Media Manager

Location: Noida (Hybrid / On-site preferred), travel required within Delhi NCR

Experience: Minimum 2 year

Type: Full-time

Salary: 23,000-28,000 per month, depending on expertise.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Social Media Manager to grow our brand organically across Instagram and other platforms. The role focuses on creating reels and posts , managing DMs and inquiries , and building a consistent content presence in the fashion, retail, and customisation space .

This is not an agency-style role — we’re looking for someone who is personally invested , understands storytelling, and can translate real business operations into engaging content.

Key Responsibilities
Create and edit Instagram reels and posts (educational, behind-the-scenes, process-based content)
Plan and execute an organic content strategy
Handle DMs, comments, and customer inquiries professionally
Coordinate with the internal team for content ideas and shoots
Track basic performance metrics (reach,



engagement, saves)
Maintain a consistent posting schedule

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 year experience in social media (fashion / retail preferred)
Robust understanding of Instagram Reels & trends
Basic video editing skills (mobile-first is okay)
Comfortable with on-ground shoots in stores / workshops
Positive communication and written skills
Self-driven, disciplined, and reliable
Experience with fashion, apparel, retail, or D2C brands is a big plus

Nice to Have
Understanding of embroidery, printing, or customization businesses
Ability to write straightforward, engaging captions
Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, InShot, etc.
