About the RoleSoft Hear is looking for a passionate and patient-focused Speech Therapist to join our clinical team at our Baner, Pune location.
The candidate will be responsible for assessing and providing speech and language therapy to patients across different age groups, while ensuring quality clinical care and a positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct speech, language and communication assessments.
Develop personalised therapy plans based on individual patient needs.
Provide regular speech and language therapy sessions for children and adults.
Work on articulation, language delay, fluency, voice and communication disorders.
Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records.
Counsel and guide parents/caregivers regarding home-based therapy and patient progress.
Coordinate with audiologists, ENT specialists and other clinical professionals wherever required.
Maintain skilled standards, patient confidentiality and clinical documentation.
Ensure a positive and patient-centric experience at the clinic.
Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology / Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP/MASLP or equivalent).
Relevant clinical experience will be preferred.
Freshers with strong clinical knowledge may also apply.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid patient-handling and counselling skills.
Ability to work independently as well as as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team.
Candidates residing in or around Baner, Aundh, Balewadi, Pashan or nearby Pune areas will be preferred.
