Soft Skills Trainer / PDP Trainer

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions on Communication Skills, Soft Skills, Personality Development, and Skilled Etiquette.
Develop students’ confidence, presentation, interpersonal, leadership, and interview skills.
Conduct activities such as group discussions, mock interviews, presentations, role plays, and public speaking.
Prepare training material, assessments, and progress reports.
Coordinate with faculty/placement teams for student development and employability initiatives.
Monitor student participation and provide individual feedback wherever required.

Eligibility & Skills:
Postgraduate in relevant field.
Relevant experience in Soft Skills, Personality Development, Corporate Training, or Employability Skills preferred.
Excellent English communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Freshers with robust communication and training aptitude may also be considered.
