We are looking for an experienced Project Manager from the Solar Industry who can manage projects end-to-end, right from client coordination to project execution and final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage solar projects from lead generation to successful project execution and closure.
Handle clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders effectively.
Visit client sites regularly and understand project requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and field teams for smooth project execution.
Prepare project plans, timelines, and ensure timely completion.
Monitor project progress, quality, cost, and site activities.
Resolve client and vendor issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Support sales & marketing activities and generate recent business prospects when required.
Take complete ownership of end-to-end project execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in the Solar / Renewable Energy or related Industry
Strong experience in Project Management, Client Handling, Vendor Management, and Field Execution.
Good understanding of solar projects and installation processes.
Robust communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Should be comfortable with extensive field work and client visits.
Proven ability to manage projects independently from lead to execution and closure.
Sales/Business Development experience will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
