Job Title: Electrical Site Engineer – Solar

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: Relevant experience in Solar Project Execution

Budget : 30-35k

We are looking for an Electrical Site Engineer with hands-on experience in MW-scale solar project execution.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise site electrical works and teams.
Handle office coordination and client communication.
Supervise AC & DC electrical installation and testing.
Ensure project execution as per quality, safety, and timelines.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams.
Coordinate with the procurement team and support site-related material procurement.
Handle day-to-day team activities and site coordination.
Understand generation and scheduling to effectively manage day-to-day operations and QCA coordination.
Travel to project sites/outstation locations as and when required.

Must-Have Skills & Requirements:




Experience in Solar Project Execution only.
Robust knowledge of MW-scale solar projects.
Good knowledge of AC/DC systems, HT/LT, cables, earthing, and electrical installations.
Understanding of SLDs, electrical drawings, and project specifications.
Knowledge of testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of electrical material procurement, vendor coordination, and material planning.
Good team handling and site supervision skills.
Robust client handling and communication skills.
Proficient in Hindi and English.
Willingness to travel to outstation project sites as required.
Proactive, responsible, and growth-oriented qualified.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
