Role & responsibilities
Cross-Functional Leadership
Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering/software teams, project management, supply chain, product certification etc.
Facilitate alignment between multidisciplinary teams, local leadership and global product group teams to ensure cohesive execution of project and business goals.
Serve as a central point of contact and facilitate decision making across teams
Process & Quality Improvement
Continuous improvement and development of processes and tools for productivity improvement and quality assurance
Support a culture of innovation by continuously exploring opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and timeliness through AI-enabled solutions.
Talent Developing
Build an inclusive and encouraging environment for employees within the organization.
Develop and implement strategies towards talent development and aligning to the vision of global product group
Identify and implement plans for technical competency development at EICP
Attract, develop, appraise, and retain qualified and skilled talent.
Motivate, empower, and develop the team
Actively participate in and implement the group level resource planning process




Develop and manage budget to fund yearly operations and infrastructure, talent development

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors or master’s degree in engineering
Total 15+Years experience. 8+ years of experience in leadership (including engineering, project management, cross functional team management)
Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams or programs.
Robust understanding of product lifecycle, systems thinking, and organizational dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Experience leading and executing engineering project teams that develop recent products
Experience with Stage gated development processes
Experience with Agile Product Development, e.g., SCRUM, TDD, XP
Knowledge and experience of Current Product Development staged gate processes
Experience in high-growth, product-driven companies.
Experience working with remote or globally distributed team
