Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate MEP works for building construction projects from execution to commissioning.
Plan, supervise and monitor HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV and other MEP systems.
Review MEP drawings, BOQ, specifications, shop drawings and technical submittals.
Coordinate MEP activities with Civil, Structural, Architectural and other project teams.
Ensure installation works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and project schedules.
Monitor subcontractors, vendors and site manpower for timely execution.
Conduct inspections, testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
Prepare and review work schedules, material requirements, DPRs, progress reports and measurement records.
Coordinate with consultants/client representatives for approvals, inspections and technical issues.
Ensure compliance with safety requirements, applicable codes and statutory standards.
Identify site issues, resolve technical coordination problems and ensure minimum rework.
Support BOQ verification, quantity estimation, material planning and billing.




Ensure timely completion and handover of MEP works along with as-built drawings and documentation.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of MEP services in high-rise/commercial/residential/institutional building projects.
Positive understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting and ELV systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of BIM/Revit MEP will be an advantage.
Strong knowledge of MEP drawings, specifications, BOQ and project execution.
Valuable coordination, subcontractor management and site supervision skills.
Robust communication, reporting and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience in large-scale building construction projects, particularly those handling complete MEP coordination and execution, will be preferred.

Salary: As per experience and industry standards

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
