Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Executive – Finishing to manage and supervise finishing activities at the project site. The candidate should have robust hands-on experience in residential/commercial construction and valuable knowledge of finishing works.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage finishing activities at the project site.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site teams.
Monitor flooring, plastering, painting, tiling, waterproofing, doors/windows, false ceiling, and other finishing works.
Ensure work is completed as per quality standards, drawings, specifications, and timelines.
Conduct regular site inspections and identify/resolve quality issues.
Coordinate with Civil, MEP, Design, and Project teams for smooth execution.
Monitor manpower, materials, and daily work progress.




Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress reports and site updates.
Ensure proper safety practices are followed at the site.
Coordinate for snagging, rectification, and final finishing before handover.

Requirements
5–6 years of experience in Site Execution / Finishing.
Strong hands-on experience specifically in finishing works.
Experience in Real Estate / Construction is preferred.
Good knowledge of construction drawings, finishing materials, and site execution.
Strong coordination and contractor management skills.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
Candidates who can work from Vashi, Navi Mumbai are preferred.
